The BF316C comprehensive test bench is an equipment that integrates electronic control of high-pressure common rail oil pump, common rail pipe, fuel injector, medium pressure common rail fuel injector, and unit pump nozzle detection. It can detect and test electronic high-pressure common rail systems such as BOSCH/DELPHI/DENSO/SIEMENS, medium pressure common rail injectors such as CAT, and individual pump nozzles such as CUMMINS/DELPHI.
This device uses the Windows operating system, with a simple and clear control interface that can control parameters such as injection pressure, pulse width, frequency, and metering valve duty cycle. Good stability and long service life.
The control system, hardware circuit, and software system of the test bench have been newly developed and constructed, with innovative circuit and software programming that can be remotely controlled and upgraded with just one click online.
Main Features:
1. Detect various solenoid valve injectors and piezoelectric injectors, including dual solenoid valve injectors, and have the function of detecting injection response time (BIP).
2. Detect various common rail oil pumps.
3. Detect HEUI injectors such as Caterpillar C7/C9/C-9, C3126, and various unit pumps and pump nozzles, including Cummins dual pulse M11, Delphi dual solenoid valve E3, and have the function of detecting fuel injection response time (BIP).
4. Check the resistance and inductance of the solenoid valve.
5. Detect the resistance and capacitance of piezoelectric fuel injectors.
