BF219 high-pressure common rail injector test bench is a device for detecting common rail injectors. Can inspect and test fuel injectors from brands such as Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, and Cummins. This device adopts a user-friendly control interface, which can control parameters such as pressure, pulse width, frequency, etc.

Testing scope includes common rail injectors from brands such as Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, Cummins, as well as domestically produced injectors
Detecting the type of fuel injector can detect ordinary electromagnetic fuel injectors and piezoelectric crystal fuel injectors.
Testing quantity: Each time one injector is tested, the testing results of six injectors can be displayed simultaneously.
Detectable working conditions can detect the full load fuel injection and return, medium speed fuel injection, idle fuel injection, pre injection fuel injection and return, and sealed return oil volume of the fuel injector.
Electromagnetic valve detection can detect the resistance and inductance of the fuel injector solenoid valve, indicating abnormal function of the solenoid valve.
Custom detection items such as pressure, pulse width, and oil measurement time can be set manually.
Other testing items can generate fuel injector compensation codes and detect the dynamic stroke of fuel injectors.
