12PSB-BFB is a product in the Northern Testbed series. In just a few years, it has quickly become a mainstream product in the Northern Testbed series.

This test bench is a powerful diesel injection pump calibration bench. Its core components are manufactured using the most advanced technology. The main motor features stepless frequency control, delivering strong power, high efficiency, and energy saving. The fuel supply motor unit adopts the leading low-noise technology independently developed by Beifang. The entire machine is controlled by an industrial standard computer, offering comprehensive functions and excellent stability. It is suitable for the maintenance and production of multi-cylinder in-line pumps and distributor pumps for various mechanical governors, including I, II, III, A, B, P, VE, IW, PL, BQ, Z, P7, PW, PN, PB, P2000, and MW, both domestically and internationally.

The test bench is equipped with two control and display systems, namely a liquid crystal display (LCD) system and a light-emitting diode (LED) digital display system, which enable various adjustments and calibrations to be made to the fuel injection pump.

Basic functions:

1. Main motor variable frequency speed regulation, with two operation modes: manual and automatic;

2. Automatic mode can preset multiple speeds;

3. Automatic oil counting system with preset oil measurement times;

4. Low noise, high and low pressure fuel supply system;

5. Automatic control of test oil temperature can reduce the impact of temperature on oil measurement accuracy;

6. 12V and 24V DC power supply for electromagnetic valve drive and detection;

7. VE pump internal cavity pressure measurement;

8. Test the fuel supply of each cylinder at different speeds.

9. Test of distribution pump solenoid valve.

10. Check the performance of the pneumatic governor.
